S-MODE Switch

FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE SYSTEM 

ECM controls S-MODE according to the signal transmitted from S-MODE switch.

INDIVIDUAL FUNCTION WITHIN THE SYSTEM 

S-MODE switch transmits the switch signal (ON / OFF signal) that is activated with two types of inputs. S-MODE switch is an alternate switch.

INDIVIDUAL OPERATION 

When S-MODE signal is input to ECM, the indicator in the combination meter is turned on, and the engine speed is controlled while being from current shift position to next shift position. Then, after S-MODE switch signal is input to ECM, the specified operation leads to the launch control operation standby state.

COMPONENT LOCATION 

Installed to the right front side ' of the console finisher.
