Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM (REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION) 

    Press the LOCK button of Intelligent Key. Are all doors LOCKED?

    YES>>

    GO TO 2.

    NO>>

    Check Intelligent Key system (remote keyless entry function). Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .

  2. CHECK HOOD SWITCH 

    Check hood switch. Refer to Component Function Check . Is the inspection result normal?

    YES>>

    GO TO 3.

    NO>>

    Repair or replace malfunctioning parts. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .

  3. REPLACE BCM 

    Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation . Is the inspection result normal?

    YES>>

    INSPECTION END

    NO>>

    Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident .
