Normal Operating Condition: Description
FUEL CUT CONTROL (AT NO LOAD AND HIGH ENGINE SPEED)
If the engine speed is above 2, 000 RPM under no load (for example, the selector lever position is neutral and engine speed is over 2, 000 RPM) fuel will be cut off after some time. The exact time when the fuel is cut off varies based on engine speed. Fuel cut will be operated until the engine speed reaches 1, 100 RPM, then fuel cut will be cancelled.

IDLE START/STOP SYSTEM
NOTE:
Refer to System Description
for the idle start/stop system function.
- Under any of the following conditions, the idle start/stop system is not activated or it takes time to be activated, depending on situation.
- The battery is deteriorated. (High discharge rate.)
- A battery other than the idle start/stop system-specific battery is used.
- Ambient temperature is extremely low.
