Throttle Position Sensor: Adjustments

PROCEDURE:

1. Install a Tech 1 or equivalent scan tool and view the throttle position sensor.
2. With the ignition ON, loosen the TPS attaching screws and adjust the TPS to obtain 0.33 to 0.46 volts with the throttle valve closed.
3. Tighten the screws, then recheck the voltage reading to ensure the adjustment has not changed.
