Code ES08, Blower Motor Relay No. 2

Blower relay No. 2 ("FAN REL 2") will be turned "OFF" ("00") or "MAX HEAT" ("99"), by pressing "COOL" or "WARM" button (non-CRT models) or "SLEW" up or down arrow (CRT models).
