TEST DESCRIPTION
Numbers below refer to circled numbers on the diagnostic chart.
1. 0 Volts indicates an open or grounded data line.
2. Checks for a short to ground on the data line.
3. Since the ECCP displays were lost an open must exist between the BCM and the ECCP. This step determines which side of the PCM the open is on.
