Some Power Seat Functions Inoperative
- Ensure seat switch is connected. Using test light, backprobe between seat switch connector terminals "E" (Tan wire) and "D" (Light Green wire). Move seat switch to forward and back positions. If test light glows in both positions, go to next step. If test light does not glow in both positions, replace seat switch.
- Backprobe between seat switch connector terminals "B" (Light Blue wire) and "A" (Yellow wire). Move rear height switch to up and down positions. If test light glows in both positions, go to next step. If test light does not glow in both positions, replace seat switch.
- Backprobe between seat switch connector terminals "G" (Dark Green wire) and "H" (Dark Blue wire). Move front height switch to up and down positions. If test light glows in both positions, check circuits to suspect motor. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If circuits are okay, replace suspect motor. If test light does not glow in both positions, replace seat switch.
