Automatic Transaxle Overhaul & Testing - 4T65-E: Identification

Transaxle has a metal identification plate and Service Replacement Transmission Assembly plate attached to rear face of transaxle. See Fig 1. Transaxle RPO code is M15 or MN7 (heavy duty).
