DTC B2735: PASSLOCK(R) Programming Active Mode: Testing

  1. Perform system check. See BCM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS. Go to next step.
  2. Perform THEFT DETERRENT RELEARN  under PROGRAMMING. If BCM is programmed successfully, go to next step. If BCM will not program, go to step 4).
  3. Check for DTCs B2722 and B2723. If DTCs exist, go to appropriate DIAGNOSTIC TEST. If DTCs do not exist, go to step 5).
  4. Clear DTCs. If DTC B2735 resets, go to step 3). If no DTCs exist, system is okay.
  5. Replace BCM. Perform NEW BCM SETUP  under PROGRAMMING. Go to next step.
  6. Turn ignition off. Reinstall all connectors and components. turn ignition on. Clear DTCs. Recheck system. See BCM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS.
