Both Mirrors Inoperative

  1. Using test light, backprobe between ground and Orange wire terminal at left front power mirror switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 4).
  2. Backprobe between Orange and Black wire terminals at left front power mirror switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 5).
  3. Replace left front power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation.
  4. Repair open or short to ground in Orange wire between left front power mirror switch and instrument panel fuse block. Recheck system operation.
  5. Repair open in Black wire between left front power mirror switch and ground. Recheck system operation.
