One Mirror Does Not Move Left & Right: Notes

Using test light, backprobe between specified left front power mirror switch terminals. See TESTING OUTSIDE MIRROR SWITCH LEFT/RIGHT CIRCUITS table. Using mirror select switch, select appropriate mirror. Operate left front power mirror switch LEFT, then RIGHT. If test light illuminates in both positions, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate in both positions, go to step 3).

TESTING OUTSIDE MIRROR SWITCH LEFT/RIGHT CIRCUITS

Application	Between Terminals (Wire Color)
Left Mirror	F (White) & H (Light Blue)
Right Mirror	C (Gray) & B (Red/White)

Using test light, backprobe between appropriate power mirror terminals. See TESTING OUTSIDE MIRROR LEFT/RIGHT CIRCUITS table. Using mirror select switch, select appropriate mirror. Operate left front power mirror switch LEFT, then RIGHT. If test light illuminates in both positions, go to step 4). If test light does not illuminate in both positions, go to step 5).

TESTING OUTSIDE MIRROR LEFT/RIGHT CIRCUITS

Application	Between Terminals (Wire Color)
Left Mirror	F (White) & H (Light Blue)
Right Mirror	F (Red/White) & H (Gray)

Replace left front power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation.
Replace left/right power mirror. To remove power mirror assembly, see POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation.
Repair open or short to ground in appropriate wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Recheck system operation.
