Sun Load Sensor Replacement

SUN LOAD SENSOR REPLACEMENT - AUTOMATIC HVAC

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the defroster grille (2) by prying up on the grille.
2. Remove the sun load sensor (1) from the defroster grille (2) by twisting the sensor 14 turn.
3. Disconnect the sun load sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove the sun load sensor (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the sun load sensor electrical connector.
2. Install the sun load sensor (1) to the defroster grille (2) by twisting the sensor-14 turn.
3. Install the defroster grille (2) by snapping the grille into place.
