Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the S.I.R. system. Refer to DISABLING SYSTEM in S.I.R.
  2. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to REMOVAL DRIVER-SIDE in S.I.R.

  3. Remove the screws from the steering wheel control switch.

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the steering wheel control switch.
  5. Remove the steering wheel control switch from the steering wheel.
