July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt from the pump. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT  in Engine Mechanical - 3.4L.
  2. Remove the pressure hose from the pump.

  3. Remove the return hose from the pump.

  4. Remove the bolts from the pump.
  5. Remove the power steering pump from the vehicle.
  6. Remove the power steering pump pulley from the pump. Refer to POWER STEERING PULLEY REPLACEMENT   . 
  7. Remove the reservoir from the pump.
