ECI System

The Electronic Control Injection (ECI) system is a computerized emission and fuel control system. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is the foundation of the ECI system. Correct air/fuel ratio is achieved by controlling injector driving time. The ECI subsystems control air/fuel ratio, ignition timing, Idle Speed Control (ISC), secondary air control and EGR.
