Idle Speed Motor Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

1. Turn ignition switch to Lock, then disconnect ISC motor connector.
2. Turn ignition switch On, then apply approximately 6 volts (DC) or lower between terminals 1 and 4 of ISC motor connector.
3. Ensure MPS output voltage changes smoothly, during ISC motor operation, between .5 and 5 volts.
