Crankshaft Position Sensor Replacement

Fig 7 Crankshaft Position Sensor:

NOTE: The crankshaft position sensor mounts to the engine block behind the generator, just above the oil filter.

1. Disconnect electrical connector from crankshaft position sensor.
2. Remove sensor mounting screw. Remove sensor.
3. Reverse procedure for installation.

Crankshaft Position Sensor Bolts torque 9 Nm (80 in lb)
