Engine Control Module (ECM) Replacement

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove passenger kick panel attaching pins.
3. Remove ECM from mounting bracket.
4. Disconnect two ECM electrical connectors.
5. Remove ECM from passenger compartment.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Replacement ECM is supplied without a MEM-CAL unit. Care must be taken when removing the MEM-CAL from a defective ECM as they will be used in the replacement ECM.
