Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

The MAP sensor is located in the engine compartment. Besides checking hoses and electrical connections, the only service possible is unit replacement if sensor is diagnosed as being faulty. To prevent sensor damage, exercise care when disconnecting vacuum hose from sensor.
