Rear Compartment Lid Releases With Transmission

Out Of Park (Sedan)

Set parking brake. Place transmission in Drive. Backprobe with test light between keyless entry receiver connector Light Green wire and voltage. If test light does not light, replace keyless entry receiver. If test light lights, check Light Green wire for a short to ground. If circuit is okay, replace transaxle position switch (4-speed) or park/neutral switch (3-speed).
