Skip Shift Lamp (M/T Only)

The scan tool displays On or Off. The PCM sends a message to the IPC (via class 2) to enable the Skip Shift Lamp when the Skip Shift Solenoid is enabled. The scan tool displays On when the Skip Shift Lamp is On.
