Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove two screws and disconnect the electrical connectors and then remove the junction block from the instrument panel.
2. Disconnect the EBCM electrical connectors.
3. Remove the three bolts (1) and remove the EBCM (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the EBCM (2) to the vehicle; secure with three bolts (1).
- Tighten the attaching bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
2. Connect the EBCM electrical connectors.
3. Install the junction block to the instrument panel and reconnect all electrical connectors.
4. Secure junction block with two screws.
