Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

With throttle valve in closed position, install TP sensor and "O" ring on throttle body.
Install a NEW TP sensor screw. Tighten TP sensor screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Connect TP sensor harness connector.
On 3.4L models, connect fuel lines and EVAP purge line. See FUEL LINE QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS under FUEL SYSTEMS.
On all models, install the air cleaner outlet resonator, air cleaner intake duct and vent hose.
