Installation Procedure

Important: When installing the battery negative cable, be sure that the cable eyelet is installed with the flat side down. Keep the crimped side facing upward.
- Connect the body end of the battery negative cable to the floor pan.
Tighten : Tighten the battery negative cable to floor pan bolt to 36 N.m (27 lb ft).
- Connect the body harness connector to the body harness.
- Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .
