Removal Procedure

- Remove the left side instrument panel insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the stop lamp switch (1) from the brake pedal bracket by turning the switch counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn, and pulling back.
