Installation Procedure

  1. Install the splash shield.
  2. Install the splash shield retaining bolts, same as wheel hub and bearing.
  3. Install the front hub and bearing assembly. Refer toWheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (RWD) or Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (4WD) in Suspension.
  4. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer toTire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  5. Lower the vehicle. Refer toLifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
