Installation Procedure

Install the ignition coil housing to the camshaft cover.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Install the ignition coil housing retaining bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the retaining bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the ICM. Refer to Ignition Control Module Replacement .
Install the accelerator and cruise control cables bracket.
Install the accelerator and cruise control cables bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the retaining bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the accelerator and cruise control cables to the bracket.
