Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Saturn L300. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect the radio ground strap spade terminal, electrical connectors, and antenna to the rear of the radio.

  2. Install the radio by sliding it into the guides on the instrument panel (I/P).
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  4. Install the radio fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  5. Install the center trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Center in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
