Installation Procedure

  1. Position the exhaust system (4) to the vehicle and install the rubber isolators (5, 6, 7) to the hangers (1, 2, 3).

  2. Install the new gasket onto the catalytic converter pipe flange.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Assemble the exhaust system pipe to the catalytic converter pipe and install new nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 37 N.m (27 lb ft).

  4. Check the entire exhaust system for leaks.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
