The OnStar® button assembly is integrated into the rearview mirror assembly and cannot be serviced separately from the rear view mirror assembly.
Should the OnStar® button assembly require servicing, the entire rearview mirror assembly will need to be replaced. Refer to Inside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
