Removal Procedure - Left

    CAUTION: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution .
    CAUTION: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution .
    CAUTION: Refer to Brake Dust Caution .

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement , or Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (1).
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  4. Remove the left hand front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

  5. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (1).
  6. Detach the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3) from the brake hose/wheel speed sensor jumper harness bracket (4).
  7. Detach the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3) from the front strut mounting bracket (2).
    8. IMPORTANT: Note the routing of the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3).
  8. Remove the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3) from the vehicle.
