Removal Procedure

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (L26) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (LS4) .
Remove the center console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .

Remove the automatic shift lock actuator from the pivot point (1), the base of the shift lock control and the vehicle.
