Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ECT (1) to the coolant distributor.
  2. Install the ECT retaining clip.
  3. Connect the ECT sensor connector.
  4. Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
