Engine Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the 2 engine cover fasteners.
2. Remove the 2 engine cover plastic retainers.
3. Remove the engine cover (1) from the engine.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the engine cover (1) to the engine.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the 2 engine cover fasteners.

Tighten the engine cover fasteners to 7 Nm (62 lb in).

3. Install the 2 engine cover plastic retainers.
