Heater Core Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Replacement (Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Replacement).




2. Remove the heater core clamp retainer screw (1), clamp (2) and heater core (3) from the HVAC module assembly (4).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the heater core (3) to the HVAC module assembly (4) and secure with the clamp (2) and screw (1).
2. Install the HVAC module assembly to the vehicle. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Replacement (Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Replacement).
