Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Replacement (LE5 or LE9)  or Battery Negative Cable Replacement (LY7,LZ4,LZ9,LZE) .
  2. Ensure that the location measurement of the battery current sensor was recorded for reference during installation.
  3. Squeeze the ground ends of the negative battery cable together and remove the sensor (1) from the cable.
