Codes 1151 Through 1156: Fuel Injectors

  1. Disconnect fuel injector(s). Connect DVOM between ground and terminal No. 2 of fuel injector connector. See Figure . Turn ignitio n on, and check voltage supply to fuel injector. If battery voltage is not present, check Red/White wire back to fuse/relay block.
  2. If battery voltage is present, use DVOM to measure resistance across injector terminals. If resistance is not 16 ohms, replace injector. Repeat test for each injector.
