These air discharge combinations can be selected if automatic mode has been deselected.


The airflow is controlled by a special blower characteristic. Automatic passenger-compartment temperature regulation is retained.

Manual air-recirculation mode
Actuation of the air-recirculation is possible at all times in order to prevent unpleasant odors entering the passenger compartment. However, air-recirculation mode is limited to max. 2 minutes it the air-conditioning compressor is switched off.


Default values for sensors
If a short circuit occurs or there is a wire-break at a sensor, default values are used by the program so that emergency operation of the climate control system can be maintained.
