Installing the DME control module

Push in plugs -B- on the DME control module and close the latching lever -C- until the lever engages. See Fig 1 .

Press in plugs -A- on the control module, until they engage. See Fig 1 .
Position control module and secure with the fastening nuts. Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.).

Fold back the carpet lining into position and fasten with the clips.
Program the DME control module with the Porsche System Tester. See PROGRAMMING NEW DME CONTROL MODULE and PROGRAMMING DME CONTROL MODULE .
