Cruise Control Systems: Description

The cruise control system is electrically actuated and vacuum operated. The system consists of an electronic control unit, speed sensor, electronic control unit relay, vacuum pump, vacuum regulator, brake and clutch switches and speed control switch.

The speed control switch is incorporated within the turn signal lever. Switch positions consist of "ON", "OFF", "RESUME" and "SET". System will operate at speeds between 21-112 MPH (37-180 km/h).
