Error Code 12221

  1. The check engine light is on. There is no signal from air mass meter. The LH system is in limp-home mode.
  2. Check air mass meter connections. Check for air mass meter burn-off.
    CAUTION: DO NOT  interchange air mass meter from LH 2.2 because component damage may result.
