Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)

This sensor measures quantity of free oxygen in the exhaust gas. The ECM uses a signal from this sensor to adjust fuel mixture. This sensor is located in the exhaust manifold and after TWC. The electric heating element provides improved cold engine driveability.
