Fuel pump relay: Diagnostics
- If there is an open circuit or short circuit to ground, diagnostic trouble code P1654 will be generated.
- If there is a short circuit to B+, diagnostic trouble code P1655 will be generated.
- If current is missing from relay pin 87 when the relay is active, diagnostic trouble code P1641 will be generated.
NOTE:
The pump will operate for 1 second when the ignition is turned on.
