The sunroof consists of a sunroof frame unit with a glass hatch fixed on two lifting units. The hatch is cable -driven by an electric motor. The electric motor and the operating relay are located at the front of the sunroof unit.
The sunroof is operated with a switch on the console between the front seats.
The glass hatch can be slid back and forth as well as be tilted up at the rear. Each time the hatch passes the closed position, the circuit is opened by the relay and the hatch stops. Release the switch and press again to change opening direction.
The sunroof unit is drained via four hoses, one in each corner of the sunroof unit.
