Windscreen Wiper Assembly: Refitting

  1. Refit the motor (3 screws).
    2. Fig 1: Illustration For Steps 1-2

  2. Refit the link arms on to the bracket and motor.
  3. Refit the windscreen wiper assembly.

    Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 lbf ft)  .

  4. Plug in the connectors.
  5. Refit the cover on to the center spindle and the heating and ventilation unit.

  6. Refit the washer hose and the cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.
  7. Refit the clips that hold the protective cover in place.
  8. Refit the rubber seal on to the partition.
  9. Connect the washer hose from the bonnet to the protective cover on top of the false bulkhead panel.
  10. Refit the wiper arms and protective covers.
