Installation Procedure

  1. Install the oil pan. Refer to OIL PAN INSTALLATION .

  2. Refer to FASTENER CAUTION .

    Install the 4 oil sump fastener nuts to the gearbox and tighten to 60 Nm (44 lb ft)  .

  3. Install the air conditioning (A/C) compressor. Refer to AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT (LAU/A28NER) .
  4. Install the oil filter adapter. Refer to OIL FILTER ADAPTER REPLACEMENT .
  5. Install the engine front cover. Refer to ENGINE FRONT COVER REPLACEMENT .
  6. Refill the engine oil. Refer to ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT .
