Removal & Installation
- Remove door panel covering and insulator. Remove inside door handle. Remove speaker assembly from door. Remove 5 bolts securing window regulator and motor to door. Disconnect wiring harness retaining clip from door.
- If motor has failed in full-up position, lower glass and regulator as an assembly to access window retainer clip tabs. Disconnect glass from door and remove glass. Disconnect regulator wiring harness.
- Raise lift arms to disengage lower cross arm. Slide lift arms from guide channel. Bring end of cross arm guide channel through door opening, followed by sash and cross arms. Insert hand through speaker opening to rotate regulator assembly to vertical position and slide regulator assembly out door. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten regulator bolts to 67 INCH lbs. (7.5 N.m).
