TP angle change is less than 5 percent.
STFT is 119-133.
Ignition voltage is more than 11.7 volts.
Engine speed is more than 1150 RPM (A/T), 1000 RPM (M/T).
Airflow is less than 127 grams per second.
Commanded air/fuel ratio is fixed at 8 percent (13.5:1)
Loop status is closed.
No O2S1 DTCs are set.

DTC sets when AIR system is commanded on and O2S1 voltage is more than 50 millivolts (not sufficiently indicating lean) for 3, 3 second tests.
