Code Enable Criteria

Vehicle speed is zero MPH.
Engine speed less than 2500 RPM.
ECT is 41-212°F (5-100°C).
IAT is more than 41°F (5°C).
Battery voltage more than 10 volts.
Pedal position less than 15 percent.

DTC sets when ECM is in reduced performance mode and throttle position falls outside 3.7-9.8 percent.
