Intake Plenum And Runner (Unit Repair): Installation

Install throttle body gasket to plenum.

Install throttle body to plenum.
Install throttle body nuts.
Torque:

Throttle Body Nut: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)
Install rear manifold runner only. Route crankcase hoses, install throttle body heater hoses.

Install intake manifold plenum and install intake plenum boots.
Install plenum bolts.
Torque:

Intake Plenum Bolts: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)

Install front manifold runner and tighten clamps.
Install front manifold runner bolts.
Torque:

Intake Manifold Runner Bolts: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)
